About
CCAM Productivity is a plugin for Claude Code Agent Monitor (CCAM), Son Nguyen's open-source, local-first dashboard for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex sessions. It's a community project. The plugin reads what the dashboard has recorded about your coding-agent sessions and turns it into standups, weekly and monthly reviews, sprint summaries and advice on when and how you work best. What you can do with it - daily-standup: what you got done, grouped by project, the issues you hit (sessions that errored or were abandoned, failed tools, context compactions), the day's numbers and what to revisit - weekly-report and monthly-review: sessions, hours, tokens, estimated cost and completion rate against the previous week or month, with your top projects and tools - sprint-summary: a sprint's work by project, velocity against the previous sprint, and the models and tools you used - time-of-day: your busiest and most productive hours and weekdays, with a suggested schedule for deep work - workflow-optimizer: recommendations from CCAM's workflow data, such as repeated tool loops, subagent success rates, where errors start and the cost of compaction - Commands: standup (a quick standup with a one-line summary to paste into Slack), whats-next (what to pick up next from unfinished sessions) and focus-report (a one-screen focus snapshot) - Two subagents: productivity-coach and focus-analyst How it connects - It needs the Agent Monitor dashboard running on your machine. Its skills read the dashboard's local API at http://localhost:4820; if it isn't running, they ask you to start it (npm start in the repository). - Set up the dashboard and its hooks first (see the repository's quick start), then add the plugin in Claude Code: claude plugin marketplace add hoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-Monitor, then claude plugin install ccam-productivity@claude-code-agent-monitor-plugins. - Codex installs it from the same marketplace with codex plugin marketplace add hoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-Monitor. Good to know - It only reads dashboard data and reports in the chat. The dashboard binds to 127.0.0.1 and doesn't send your sessions to a hosted service. - Costs are estimates from the dashboard's pricing rules. - A small hook writes each session's start and end time to /tmp/ccam-session-timing.log. - The same repository has thirteen more CCAM plugins, for analytics, cost budgets, sessions, reports and more.
