About
A community plugin by Seth Hobson, from his wshobson/agents collection for coding agents. It adds two commands and a subagent for team workflows: working a GitHub issue through to a pull request, writing async standup notes, and taking friction out of your team's development setup. What it adds - /team-collaboration:issue: takes a GitHub issue number or URL and works it through triage, root-cause analysis, a branch, test-driven implementation and a pull request, then checks the fix once it ships. - /team-collaboration:standup-notes: writes standup notes (yesterday, today, blockers) from your recent git commits, Jira tickets and Obsidian daily notes, ready to post in an async standup channel. - dx-optimizer: a developer-experience subagent that finds friction in project setup and daily workflows, and fixes it with project commands, scripts, git hooks, IDE settings and setup guides that work. How to install it In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents, then /plugin install team-collaboration@claude-code-workflows. The collection also documents setup for Codex CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot and Pi. Good to know - It's instructions for your agent, with no server, account or API key of its own. It changes files only as your agent's permissions allow. - The issue command works through git and the GitHub CLI (gh), so gh needs to be signed in to GitHub. - The standup command reads Obsidian through an Obsidian MCP server, and Jira through Atlassian's when it's connected. Neither comes with the plugin. - It's a community project by Seth Hobson, not an official product of GitHub, Atlassian or Obsidian.
