Before you start
Install the Agile Product Owner plugin: /plugin marketplace add alirezarezvani/claude-skills, then /plugin install agile-product-owner@claude-code-skills. Install Asana's plugin from Anthropic's official plugin directory and run /asana-setup. Asana's V2 server needs your own Asana MCP app, and /asana-setup prints the steps. The skill is written for Scrum and does not talk to trackers itself.

Break the epic into stories
The skill splits epics by workflow step, persona, data type, operation or happy path first, and keeps each story to 8 points or fewer. Paste the epic's scope and success criteria under the prompt.

Stories of 13 points or more must be split, and acceptance criteria scale with size.
