Review a Postgres schema and get a migration plan you run yourself

Before you start

Make a database user that can only SELECT and use it for this recipe. Toolbox's execute_sql runs whatever SQL the agent writes, and the docs point to database permissions as the limit. If you can, point it at a copy or replica. Add the server with npx @toolbox-sdk/server --prebuilt=postgres and set POSTGRES_DATABASE, POSTGRES_USER and POSTGRES_PASSWORD (plus POSTGRES_HOST and POSTGRES_PORT if needed) in your environment, not in a prompt. Install the plugin in Claude Code with /plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents, then /plugin install database-design@claude-code-workflows.
