Before you start
Connect Toolbox with npx @toolbox-sdk/server --prebuilt=postgres, using a database user that has only SELECT. Its execute_sql tool runs whatever SQL is given, and the docs say to limit it with the user's permissions. Set POSTGRES_DATABASE, POSTGRES_USER and POSTGRES_PASSWORD in your environment. Connect Linear and sign in the first time. Linear's own list of uses includes "investigate a bug from its issue, then write the findings back as a comment".
