About
Anthropic's customer support plugin, one of its knowledge-work plugins. It's built mainly for Cowork, Anthropic's desktop agent, and also works in Claude Code. Its skills give Claude a support team's way of working, from the first triage of a ticket to the knowledge base article that stops it coming back, and it comes with connectors to the tools support teams already use. What you can do with it - Triage a ticket: a category, a P1 to P4 priority, where to route it, and a check for duplicates and known issues - Research a customer question across your sources, with where each answer came from and how confident it is - Draft a customer-facing reply that fits the situation, from a product question to an outage, a delay or a declined feature request - Package an escalation for engineering, product or leadership, with reproduction steps and the business impact - Turn a resolved issue into a knowledge base article written to be found Connectors it bundles - Slack, for internal discussions and customer channels - Intercom, for ticket history and customer conversations - HubSpot, for account and contact details - Guru and Notion, for internal docs and runbooks - Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), for bug reports and feature requests It also has empty Gmail and Google Calendar entries for you to fill in. Its skills are written for categories rather than products, so another server of the same kind, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Salesforce, works in place of a bundled one. How to install it In Claude Code, run claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins, then claude plugin install customer-support@knowledge-work-plugins. Its skills run as /ticket-triage, /customer-research, /draft-response, /customer-escalation and /kb-article. Good to know - Each connector signs in with your own account for that service. - With nothing connected, it asks you for the customer context and gives you frameworks and templates to fill in. - Replies, escalations and articles come back as drafts for you to check before anything is sent or published.
