Noah Mustafa's Agent Skill for building a CV that passes applicant tracking systems and still reads like a person wrote it. Start from scratch or upload your current CV, and it asks for what's missing, tailors the CV to the role and gives you LaTeX code that compiles on Overleaf. What you can do with it - Build a new CV from your experience, or reconstruct and tailor an existing one from a PDF or image - Tailor it to a job description, or let it search for a few real postings for the role when you don't have one - Turn each bullet into what you did, at what scale, with what result, without inventing numbers - Catch AI filler words such as "passionate", "leveraged" and "spearheaded", and other AI-writing patterns, and rewrite them - Keep the layout ATS-safe: one column, no tables, colours, icons or photos unless you insist - Get a step-by-step guide to compiling the PDF on Overleaf How it works - It works through a set order: detect the mode, gather your details, research the role, write, check, then output LaTeX - It ships a LaTeX template, a filler-word blacklist and a bank of strong verbs - Install it in Claude by uploading the repo as a ZIP under Settings, Customize, Skills, or in Claude Code by cloning it into ~/.claude/skills/ats-latex-cv Good to know - The output is raw LaTeX; you compile it to PDF yourself, for example on Overleaf's free plan - Vague bullets get flagged with ideas for how to quantify them, never made-up metrics - It's a community project by Noah Mustafa, MIT licensed
