Each skill reads your live CRM boards, works out what matters and writes the result back into monday as an update, doc, dashboard or board, so the work stays in monday. Each one turns on by itself when your request matches it. How it differs from monday.com's other listings - monday.com MCP is the hosted server on its own, with general tools for any board. - The monday.com plugin is built for Claude Cowork and covers work management in general: items, boards, docs and forms. - This plugin is for sales teams on monday CRM: deals, pipeline, forecasts, contacts, activities and sequences. What its skills cover - Daily briefing: a prioritized look at your deals each morning, published in monday as an update or doc - Forecast: committed, best-case and pipeline views by close month, built as a monday dashboard - Meeting to deal: turns meeting transcripts from monday NoteTaker, or notes you paste in, into deal recaps, next steps and stage suggestions, and can add new attendees as contacts - Workspace builder: describe your business and it sets up CRM boards, columns and pipeline stages - Data cleanup: a scored board health check as a report, or bulk fixes such as phone formats, country codes, missing owners and stale dates - Log activity: log calls, meetings and notes to a deal's or contact's timeline, and read its history - Activity insights: rep performance and call, email and meeting volume across the team - Sequences: list, create, duplicate, switch on and off and track CRM sequences, and enroll contacts in them - Automations: set up and manage board automations in plain words, such as moving won deals to a group How it connects - It connects to monday.com's hosted MCP server at https://mcp.monday.com/mcp. - The first time a skill needs monday, you sign in with OAuth in your browser. There's no API token to manage. Good to know - By default every skill asks before it writes. You can also ask for silent mode, or proactive mode for a whole session. - Its skills never delete items, columns, boards or groups, never write to deal amount columns and never move items between workspaces. - It works with monday CRM's free tier. Building a dashboard needs admin rights on the workspace; without them, the forecast can be published as a doc instead. - The sequence skill only works when sequences are available in your monday CRM account. - It's designed for Claude Code. In claude.ai you can install it too, and its skills work from plain requests rather than slash commands.
