LegalZoom's own plugin for Claude. It reviews contracts, rates the risk in each major provision and suggests redlines. When a matter needs a lawyer, it connects you with a LegalZoom attorney who gets the conversation and the analysis, so you don't have to explain it again. What you can do with it - Review a contract with /review-contract: upload a PDF or DOCX, or paste the text - Get each major provision rated green, yellow or red, with a confidence level, what's typical and the practical impact - Get suggested redlines for the provisions worth negotiating, in priority order - See when attorney review is recommended, for example red findings, low confidence, regulatory issues or a large deal - Connect with a LegalZoom attorney with /attorney-assist: it checks your plan, matches a consultation topic and your state, shows available times and books a call - Share your documents and the AI analysis with the attorney How it connects It's in Anthropic's official plugin marketplace. In Claude Code you can also run /plugin marketplace add legalzoom/claude-plugins, then /plugin install legalzoom@legalzoom-marketplace. The attorney features use LegalZoom's hosted MCP server (https://www.legalzoom.com/mcp/claude/v1): turn on the LegalZoom connector in Claude's settings under Connectors, and sign in with your LegalZoom account when asked. Good to know LegalZoom says the plugin assists with legal workflows but does not provide legal advice, and that AI-generated analysis should be reviewed by qualified legal professionals before being relied upon for legal decisions. Contract review is AI analysis only and doesn't call LegalZoom's services. Attorney consultations need a LegalZoom Business Attorney Plan; without one, it explains the plan and offers to keep helping with AI analysis instead.
