The three skills in the pack - video-podcast-maker: the full pipeline, with a per-video asset manifest, Remotion-native subtitles, vertical shorts, design-style learning from reference videos and per-platform publish info - video-podcast-maker-lite: a minimal personal pipeline that goes topic to 1080p or 4K MP4 via Azure SSML text-to-speech and Remotion, with no bundled templates - video-podcast-maker-nano: the smallest, tool-agnostic version, where you choose the text-to-speech backend and video tool per video What you can do with it - Describe a topic and get a narrated video, previewed and iterated in Remotion Studio before the final render - Output 4K (3840x2160) with subtitles rendered in Remotion - Make 9:16 vertical highlight clips from a long video - Produce in Chinese or English, with per-platform publish info for Bilibili, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Douyin and WeChat Channels How it installs - Install with npx skills add Agents365-ai/video-podcast-maker, or point at skills/video-podcast-maker for just the full pipeline. - It needs Python 3.8+, Node.js 18+, FFmpeg and a Remotion project on your machine. - Text-to-speech runs locally: Edge is free and needs no key, Azure Speech needs a key. The agent waits for your explicit confirmation before the final 4K render. Good to know - The maker notes the project is still under active development. - Paid asset or image generation always asks first. - MIT license.
