About
Kami is the document typesetting skill by Tw93, the developer behind Mole and the Waza skills. Kami means "paper" in Japanese. It gives your agent layout rules and templates for print-quality documents: a warm parchment page, ink-blue accents and one serif font, with type size and spacing doing the work. It exports PDF, PNG and editable PowerPoint, and also builds product landing pages. What you can do with it - Make a one-pager, executive summary or startup brief - Turn research or notes into a long document or white paper - Write a formal letter, memo or recommendation letter - Build a resume or a portfolio of your projects - Design a slide deck as a PDF, an editable PPTX or a Marp deck - Lay out an equity research report or a styled changelog - Build a deployable, multilingual landing page for a product How it works - It picks one of eight document templates (One-Pager, Long Doc, Letter, Portfolio, Resume, Slides, Equity Report and Changelog) or its landing-page system, in English, Chinese or Korean, from the language you write in. Japanese gets font fallbacks and a layout check. - Before laying out, it states a one-line plan (template, length, formats, figures) and carries on; it asks at most one question, and only when the request is genuinely unclear. - It draws inline SVG diagrams, from flowcharts and timelines to charts and an architecture board, and can re-theme Mermaid sequence, class and ER diagrams to match. - It checks the content's structure and coverage before delivery, and reviews the rendered pages. - An optional brand profile (~/.config/kami/brand.md) keeps your name, brand colour, language, page size and tone for every document. - A white-paper variant flips any document to a white background for home or office printers. - It also ships a small local MCP server that renders, checks and screenshots documents, so any MCP-capable agent can use Kami as an engine. How to install it - npx skills add tw93/kami for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other agents that read the shared skills folder. - As a Claude Code plugin: /plugin marketplace add tw93/kami, then /plugin install kami@kami (Claude Code v2.1.142 or newer). Codex has a plugin too. - In Claude Desktop, upload the kami.zip release asset under Customize > Skills. - PDFs render with WeasyPrint and editable decks with python-pptx. On Windows, run it inside WSL. Good to know - It's a community project by Tw93, MIT-licensed. Its Chinese font, TsangerJinKai02, is free for personal use only; commercial use needs a license from tsanger.cn. - Once a day it checks GitHub for a newer release and tells you in chat; it sends none of your documents. - It isn't for auditing or restyling an existing product site.

Two documentation skills: HADS, a tagging convention people and AI both read well, and grounded vaults that trace every claim to its source.
Tw93's writing skill: rewrites and polishes Chinese or English prose so it reads naturally, cutting stiff, AI-sounding phrasing.
