Before you start

Install Planning with Files as a plugin: /plugin marketplace add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files, then /plugin install planning-with-files@planning-with-files. The plugin route is what ships the hooks that put the plan back in front of the agent; run /plan-doctor to check they fire. Add Context7 with /plugin install context7@claude-plugins-official.

/plan creates the three files in your project: task_plan.md (phases with checkboxes, the resume point after /clear), findings.md (research and decisions) and progress.md (a session log and test results).
