Before you start
In Claude Code, run claude plugin marketplace add heygen-com/hyperframes, then claude plugin install hyperframes@hyperframes. You need Node.js 22 or newer and FFmpeg. HyperFrames is free; HeyGen voices and generated clips use HeyGen credits, and only if you ask for them. The video shows your code on screen, so check the diff for keys and private names first.

Plan the story first
Plans are cheap to change and renders are not. Ask for the script before anything is built.
Say to Claude CodeUsing /hyperframes, plan a 45-second walkthrough video of pull request #[number]: what changed, why, and what a reviewer should look at first. Show me the scene list and the narration script. Don't build anything yet, and leave out any keys or private names.

Build it and open the preview
Say which parts of the diff deserve screen time. Everything else becomes a one-line mention.
