Turn a pile of customer feedback into a framed problem and a PRD

Before you start

Both plugins come from one marketplace: /plugin marketplace add phuryn/pm-skills, then /plugin install pm-market-research@pm-skills and /plugin install pm-execution@pm-skills. Export your feedback as a CSV or Excel file. Dates, segments and ratings are optional but sharpen the result.

The command asks what kind of feedback it is and which segments to compare. It scores each item, clusters recurring themes, counts mentions and writes a markdown report. NPS data is split into detractors, passives and promoters.

The maker says sentiment results are approximate and that small segments are low-confidence. Look at the evidence behind the top themes.
