Before you start
Playwright MCP runs on your machine with npx @playwright/mcp@latest and needs Node.js 18 or newer. Point it at a staging site and a test account, never real payment details. By default it keeps a browser profile for each project, so sign-ins carry over; start it with --isolated for a clean profile every time. Its README states it is not a security boundary, so treat the browser as fully open to your agent. The page checks, such as browser_verify_text_visible, are listed under its testing capability, so start it with --caps=testing if they are missing.
Write the flow with expected results
Say what to do and what you expect to see after each action. Vague flows give vague reports.
Say to Claude CodeOn [staging URL], do this: 1) open the pricing page, 2) pick the [plan name] plan, 3) fill the signup form with [email protected] and a test password, 4) submit. After each step tell me what you expect to see. Don't run anything yet.
