Tallyfy Workflow Automation

Tallyfy's own hosted MCP server for its workflow and process automation platform. Your agent signs in as you and works in your Tallyfy organization: it finds and completes tasks, launches and tracks processes, reads and edits templates and their form fields, and manages people, guests and groups. Every action follows the Tallyfy permissions you already have. What you can do with it - Ask about overdue tasks, running processes and templates in plain English - Create, complete, reassign and comment on tasks - Launch a process from a template and advance its steps - Read, create and edit templates, steps, kick-off fields and form fields - Turn a flowchart or a written procedure into a template, step by step - Run a health check on a template, or test every path through it before anyone runs it - Create and review automation rules, and see why a step is shown or hidden - Invite users, change roles, and manage guests, groups, tags and folders - Search across your whole organization, or Tallyfy's product docs How it connects Tallyfy hosts it at https://mcp.tallyfy.com/ over streamable HTTP. You sign in with your Tallyfy account through OAuth and choose which scopes it gets, so your agent never handles a password. Tallyfy's guides cover Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and more. In ChatGPT, adding a custom MCP server needs a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, and it's read-only on Pro. Good to know - It asks you to confirm before it deletes, archives or changes many items at once. For bulk or scripted jobs, Tallyfy points you to its CLI instead. - Tallyfy's tool list marks which tools only read and which can change things. - It can list, pause, resume and delete scheduled launches, but can't create new ones yet. - Visual features such as the process tracker and the drag-and-drop template builder stay in the Tallyfy app. - The server is open source (Apache 2.0), and you can run your own copy with Docker.
