Email Pair

Email Pair is Alireza Rezvani's community plugin for recurring email triage. It pairs two skills that share a small knowledge base in your workspace's Email folder: inbox-setup interviews you once to learn how you handle email, and inbox-triage uses that to work through new mail on a schedule or whenever you ask. It only ever creates drafts. It never sends. What its skills do - inbox-setup asks about 25 to 31 questions, one at a time, across eight sections: your role and email categories, reply style and voice (from three to five of your real sent emails), an optional framework and rate card for opportunities, a blocklist, current threads and deadlines, and how you want your reports - It writes up to seven files: a taxonomy, reply patterns, an evaluation framework and rate card (only if you take on opportunities), a blocklist, a tracker and a triage log - inbox-triage searches recent mail, sorts it with your taxonomy, looks up new senders on the web, recommends take it, worth considering, pass or flag for review, drafts replies in your voice, sends you a report as a draft and updates the blocklist and tracker How to use it In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add alirezarezvani/claude-skills, then /plugin install email-pair@claude-code-skills. Run /cs-inbox-setup once, then /cs-inbox-triage, or just say "triage my inbox". Run setup again later and it asks, file by file, whether to replace, merge or skip. Good to know - It reads mail through your agent's own email connection: a Gmail or Outlook MCP server, or an IMAP one.
