draw.io MCP

draw.io's own hosted MCP server. Ask your agent for a diagram and it draws one with native draw.io shapes, from draw.io XML or Mermaid, and shows it in the conversation as an interactive diagram you can zoom, pan and open in the draw.io editor. Add it as a remote MCP server: in Claude it's also in the connectors directory, and in ChatGPT you add it as a custom MCP server. It needs no account and no sign-in. Diagrams appear right in the chat in agents that support MCP Apps, such as Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code with GitHub Copilot and Cursor; in others it answers with a link that opens the diagram in draw.io.
