# Waza > Tw93's engineering habits as eight skills: plan before you build, debug to root cause, review before you ship, and more. Waza is Tw93's set of eight Agent Skills that turn everyday engineering habits into something your agent can run: pressure-testing a plan, debugging to root cause, reviewing a diff before it merges, reading primary sources and writing clearly. Each skill is a folder with its playbook, reference docs, helper scripts and gotchas from real failures, and each has one job and a clear trigger. What its skills teach your agent - think: challenges the problem and turns a rough idea into an approved, decision-complete plan before any code is written - ui: builds distinctive production UI with a committed visual direction, including screenshot-driven polish - check: reviews the diff against the project's own constraints, verifies the result, and handles approved release and maintainer follow-through - hunt: systematic debugging that confirms the root cause before any fix, especially when something used to work - write: rewrites Chinese or English prose so it reads naturally, cutting stiff, AI-sounding phrasing - learn: a six-phase research workflow, from collecting sources to a self-reviewed, publish-ready write-up - read: fetches a URL or PDF and returns a concise summary or clean Markdown - health: audits your Claude Code, Codex or Pi setup, project instructions and AI maintainability How it works - Ask in your own words, or call a skill by name (/think, /hunt, /check and so on in Claude Code). - Skills chain when you want them to: /think to settle a plan then /check before merging, /hunt to find a cause then /check, or /read, /learn and /write to research and write. - Review, audit and triage requests are report-only. check commits, pushes, publishes or closes issues only when you've asked for that action. How to install it - npx skills add tw93/Waza puts one copy in the shared skills folder that Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and other agents read. - Or as a plugin: /plugin marketplace add tw93/Waza, then /plugin install waza@waza in Claude Code (skills become /waza:check and so on), or codex plugin marketplace add tw93/Waza in Codex. - In the Claude desktop app, upload the waza.zip from the latest release under Customize, Skills. Good to know - It's a community project by Tw93, MIT-licensed. - read works locally by default.
