Rebooks an existing Ramp Travel flight that can't be changed in place but can be cancelled for a full refund (for example a ticket still inside its airline void window): finds the booking, checks the refund terms, searches and previews a new one-way or round-trip flight, then on one explicit confirmation books the new flight first and cancels the current one. Use when someone wants to change, move, or rebook a flight and Ramp offers cancel-and-rebook for it ('I just booked the wrong day, rebook me for Friday'). Not for flights Ramp can change in place (use ramp-modify-flight), a plain cancellation or a brand-new booking (use ramp-book-flight), multi-city trips, partial refunds or airline credit, or hotel changes (use ramp-rebook-hotel).
