# Lieflat Charts

> Turns your data into polished, editorial HTML charts, chart decks or full-page reports, built from a library of tested templates.

Lieflat Charts is a community Agent Skill for data visualization, made at moxt.ai by larashero3-dotcom. It gives your agent a consistent visual language and a library of real chart templates, so the data you hand it comes back as charts you can publish: careful typography, spacing, line work and motion, with every mark tied to a real data unit. It works in Moxt, Claude Code, Codex and other agents that read SKILL.md skills.

What you can do with it
- Turn a dataset, CSV or paper into one chart per finding, or a full HTML chart page for an article
- Make weekly-report data readable at a glance: rankings, changes and anomalies
- Build a 16:9 HTML or PDF chart deck with keyboard navigation and entrance animations, when you ask for a deck
- Build a full-page HTML report, such as a research brief, annual or monthly report, dashboard or poster, when you ask for a report
- Restyle a chart with one of its color presets, or with your own brand colors

How it works
- It identifies the shape of your data first, then picks a chart type from its catalog.
- Lupi Editorial: fine lines, dot fields and annotations for long reads, papers and annual reports.
- Lupi Basics: familiar bars, lines, areas, donuts and scatterplots rebuilt from countable units.
- Glance: bold bars and big numbers for dashboards and fast comparison, used when the other two don't fit or you ask for it.
- Interactive templates handle networks, paths and dense flows.
- It defaults to a monochrome palette and can switch to its Porcelain, Palm or Wire presets when they suit the data. One file keeps one color system.
- Charts are HTML files. Some templates load Chart.js, ECharts and fonts from a CDN, so they need an internet connection unless you inline them.

How to install it
- npx skills add https://github.com/larashero3-dotcom/lieflat-charts --skill lieflat-charts, or clone the repo into your agent's skills folder.
- The maker recommends using it in Moxt, where it was built and tested.

Good to know
- It's licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License: learning, changes, sharing and noncommercial use are allowed, and commercial use needs the author's permission.
- After it delivers a chart, it suggests crediting the author if you publish the result.
- Decks are HTML or PDF, not editable .pptx files.
