About
ecommerce-cia (Commerce Integrity Auditor) is Adrian Li's community skill for people running their own online shop code. It walks the path money and stock actually take, from checkout through the payment gateway, callbacks, orders, stock, fulfilment, refunds and the admin, places real sandbox orders, and reports nothing as passed without evidence from that run. If you haven't connected a payment gateway yet, it switches to a setup mode that walks you through one from zero, one question at a time. It's written in Traditional Chinese and English, and its depth is in Taiwan's gateways. What you can do with it - Run a pre-launch audit that maps how checkout, payments, orders, stock and the admin connect, then works through its required sweeps - Place one sandbox order per payment method, then cancel and refund each, and check the stock at every step - Catch duplicate or forged gateway callbacks, admin switches that checkout never reads, and checkouts that oversell - Get a traceability matrix of your business rules, the code that enforces them and the proof, opened by five plain lines for the owner - Set up NewebPay, ECPay, LINE Pay, PAYUNi or TapPay from zero, ending with a readiness card - Check Taiwan rules such as e-invoices, convenience-store pickup and payment, and consumer protection, with EU, Japan, US and UK adapters and a privacy and terms checkup How it connects - Install it as a Claude Code plugin from the maker's own marketplace, or clone the whole repository into your agent's skills folder. It's a runbook plus reference files and tools, so don't copy just one file. - Its gateway probes need Python 3.10+ and PHP 8, with no third-party packages. - Sandbox checks use your own gateway test credentials. - The maker asks you to install the companion cia skill alongside it. Good to know - NewebPay and ECPay have the deepest guides, with probes verified on live sandboxes; the PAYUNi and TapPay guides are built from their documentation. - It only takes over on projects that are transactional commerce systems. - Skipped or untested checks are reported as unverified, never as passing.
