# BlockPixel Artist > Draws Minecraft-style pixel art straight on the grid size you ask for: item icons, skill icons, potions and UI sprites as transparent PNGs. BlockPixel Artist is yzxr123's community skill for Minecraft-style game art, aimed at Minecraft Bedrock and NetEase-style assets. Instead of painting a smooth illustration and shrinking it, your agent plans the object and draws it pixel by pixel on the exact grid you ask for, then checks the result and fixes what fails before handing you a preview and a downloadable PNG. What you can do with it - Make item icons such as swords, pickaxes, potions, rings and books, from small icons up to 128×128 - Make skill and ability icons whose effect reads at a glance: attack, defense, healing, dashes, control, summons, elements and more - Draw blocks, UI sprites, particles and elemental effects - Keep standard Minecraft tool and weapon silhouettes, then add real detail at larger sizes instead of scaling a small icon up - Revise an existing pixel image - Get transparent backgrounds by default How it works - The skill folder includes Python scripts that find a template, build a plan, render the pixel spec and validate silhouette, palette, alpha and template alignment. - It uses statistical priors distilled from its training data, not the training images themselves. - It doesn't ship Minecraft's own textures. If you supply a Bedrock resource pack, it can import it locally for exact vanilla references.
