# Atlas Flight Booking > Search and compare live flight fares, then book, pay from your Atlas balance and track ticketing, with your approval at each step. Atlas Flight Booking is Atlas's Agent Skill for live flight search and booking. Your agent searches flight offers, verifies the current price, adds baggage or a seat if you want them, creates the order and pays from your Atlas balance, stopping for your confirmation before anything is charged. Atlas connects travel sellers to low-cost carriers through its ATRIP platform. What you can do with it - Search flights on an exact date, or compare a date range with time-of-day, direct-flight, airport or airline preferences - Verify the current fare and see whether it went up or down since the search - Add checked baggage or pick a seat where the flight supports it - Create an order and see a masked payment summary and the Atlas order link before paying - Pay once from your Atlas balance after you approve that exact summary - Follow ticketing and check an order's status later How it connects - Install the skill with npx skills add. On its first flight task, your agent installs Atlas's atlas-flight CLI from PyPI (and Astral's uv installer if it's missing), so you don't install either yourself. - Sign-in happens in your browser: the agent shows an Atlas authorization link, you sign in with an ATRIP account or create one, then come back to the chat. - Credentials stay in your operating system's secure credential store, with no plaintext fallback. Good to know - It uses Atlas's live production service by default.
