# Yuva

> Search, triage and draft replies to support e-mail and chat in your Yuva inbox, cloud or self-hosted, with drafts a teammate reviews.

The MCP server built into Yuva, an open-source customer messaging app. Yuva puts support e-mail, live chat and in-app messages from several products into one shared inbox. It's made by productdevbook, an independent developer, and is in beta.

What you can do with it
- Search conversations (including by SLA state), read threads and see counts
- Triage: assign, set status, snooze, label, move or bulk-update conversations, and add internal notes
- Draft replies, with help center articles attached as cards. A teammate reviews each draft and sends, edits or discards it, unless your workspace lets bots send.
- Summarize a conversation, triage an inbox or get a weekly report with its built-in prompts
- Look up, create and update contacts
- With the right scopes, also draft help articles and newsletters, set up live chat on a site, read analytics and move a mailbox into Yuva

How it connects
Pluginboard can't show one-click steps for Yuva, because its address depends on where your Yuva runs. On Yuva cloud it's https://app.useyuva.com/mcp. On your own server (one Docker image and Postgres) it's /mcp on that server, for example https://support.example.com/mcp. Add the address to your agent as a remote MCP server and sign in with OAuth: you pick the workspace and what the agent may do. For automations, send a Yuva API key as a Bearer token instead. Claude and ChatGPT connectors need a public https address. For a private server, Claude Desktop can open the yuva.mcpb bundle from a GitHub release, which asks for the server URL and an API key.

Good to know
- Beta: the API can still change before 1.0, and the code hasn't had an independent security audit.
- Customer text comes back marked as data, never as instructions.
- Tools you don't have the scope for aren't listed. Sending replies, scheduling broadcasts and publishing stay with your team unless an owner allows them.
- The server is AGPL-3.0; the SDKs are MIT.
