# WHOOP — MissingMCP

> Read your WHOOP recovery, sleep, strain and workouts in your agent, through WHOOP's official sign-in. Read-only.

WHOOP — MissingMCP is a hosted MCP server that lets your agent read your own WHOOP data: recovery, sleep, strain and daily cycles, workouts and body measurements. Ask about a day, a week or a whole training block, and your agent pulls the numbers and sums them up. It's an independent, open-source project run by Vaclav Slajs, not by WHOOP.

What you can do with it
- Check today's recovery next to last night's sleep and this week's strain
- See how recovery, HRV and resting heart rate trend over a date range
- Review sleep stages, time in bed, efficiency and how much sleep you needed
- Go through your workouts by sport, strain, heart rate and distance
- Compare strain with recovery across a training block

How it connects
- Add https://missingmcp.com/whoop/mcp as a custom connector in your agent.
- You sign in on WHOOP's own page and approve read access. The gateway never sees your WHOOP password.
- It's built on WHOOP's official developer API (v2) with read-only scopes.

Good to know
- Read-only: all 8 of its tools read data, and it can't change anything in your WHOOP account.
- The gateway keeps only your access tokens, encrypted, and passes your data through when you ask without storing it.
- You can revoke access at any time in your WHOOP settings.
- WHOOP limits how many people can connect through this gateway, so it can fill up.
- It passes on WHOOP's own scores unchanged. It isn't medical advice; talk to a doctor about health concerns.
- MissingMCP isn't affiliated with or endorsed by WHOOP.
