# VEED Fabric MCP

> Lets your agent make AI talking-head videos in VEED: pick an avatar and a voice, check the credit cost, then generate it from your script.

VEED's own hosted MCP server for VEED Fabric, its AI talking video generator. Give your agent a script and it makes a talking-head video of one of VEED's lifelike AI avatars speaking it, in the voice and language you pick, with no camera or editing. Videos are generated on VEED's servers and saved to your VEED workspace.

What you can do with it
- Browse VEED's AI avatars, optionally by gender
- Browse voices by language or accent (English, British English, French and more), with audio previews
- See the script, avatar, voice, workspace and estimated credit cost before anything is generated
- Generate the video in landscape, portrait or square, and follow its progress until it's ready to play
- Check your AI Playground credit balance and list your workspaces

How it connects
VEED hosts it at https://www.veed.io/api/v1/mcp. The first time your agent uses it, you log in to VEED in your browser and authorize access (OAuth); it stays connected until you disconnect it. VEED documents setup for Claude (Settings > Connectors, then VEED Fabric) and ChatGPT (Settings > Apps), as well as Goose, Zapier and Make. VEED also publishes an Agent Skill, veed-fabric-skill, that teaches your agent its recommended workflow.

Good to know
- Making videos uses AI Playground credits (about 8 credits per second of video). They come with VEED's paid plans or can be bought; creating a VEED account is free.
- A confirmation step shows the estimated cost before anything is generated.
- In agents that show MCP widgets, the avatar carousel, voice picker, confirmation and finished video appear right in the chat.
