# Supovia Customer Support

> Lets your agent triage Supovia customer chats, answer from your help articles, send a reply you approve and resolve conversations.

Supovia's own MCP server for its customer support platform, which runs live chat on websites and apps. Connect it and your agent can see which conversations need you, research answers in your help center, send a reply you've approved, and resolve or reopen a conversation.

What you can do with it
- List your support websites and check whether each one's AI agent is on
- Count unresolved conversations, in total or per website
- List open, unread or recently active conversations, and check one conversation's status
- Search your help articles by meaning, in the customer's language, and read the best match
- List a website's email campaigns, without recipients or content
- Send an exact reply you approve. It reaches the customer on the conversation's own channels, such as chat, email, WhatsApp or Messenger
- Resolve or reopen a conversation
- Open interactive views of your support overview and unread inbox, in agents that show them

How it connects
Supovia hosts it at https://mcp.supovia.com/mcp. There's nothing to install and no API key: add the address, then sign in to Supovia and choose the organization to authorize. Every request stays inside that organization. Clients that only run local servers can bridge to it with mcp-remote.

Good to know
- It never passes message text, previews, customer details, internal notes or staff IDs to your agent or its views, only status, counts and times.
- Sending a reply and resolving a conversation are its only changes, and both are marked so your agent asks before running them. A reply to an App Store or Google Play review publicly replaces your developer response.
- It can't create or edit websites, help articles, campaigns or customers, and it can't send campaigns.
- Supovia's sign-in screen may list scopes for its sister products; the connection stays limited to Supovia.
