# Supercov

> Supercorp's Supercov for coding agents: measure test coverage, add focused tests, and review code quality and security.

Supercorp's own Claude Code plugin for Supercov, which measures test coverage, code quality and security for coding agents. It adds two skills.

- **supercov:** runs your project's own test command under Supercov, lists the least-covered gaps and writes one focused test at a time, then reruns the suite and reports coverage before and after. It changes only tests unless you ask otherwise. `supercov quality` ranks files by code smells, and `quality patch` checks what a change introduced.
- **supercov-security:** scans the repository, or just a change, for twelve named risks, points to the line of each finding and maps it to CWE classes.

Coverage runs locally and works with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Rust, Go, Java and Kotlin projects. The quality and security checks send your source files to TypeSafe AI and need a `TYPESAFE_API_KEY`; without one, the agent reviews the code by hand and says Supercov didn't check it. `npx supercov` needs Node.js 22 or newer; for other setups, install Supercov as its docs describe.
