# Studocu

> Studocu's official MCP server: find study documents, lecture notes and courses, then build study projects and practice quizzes.

Studocu's official MCP server brings its library of study documents, lecture notes and courses into your agent. Searching works without an account. Sign in with Studocu to build study projects from documents, practise with generated quizzes and mock exams, and keep your study goals and progress across sessions.

What you can do with it
- Find study documents, lecture notes and summaries on a topic, narrowed to your course or university
- Look up institutions and courses, and get a course's outline to ground your studying
- Create a study project for a course and add Studocu documents to it as sources
- Generate a practice quiz or a mock exam from a project's sources
- Read documents and your projects' sources, and see your practice progress by topic for a course
- Keep goals and notes in memory, so your agent remembers what you're working on

How it connects
Add https://agent-os-mcp.alpha.studocu.com/mcp to your agent. In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with that address. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http studocu --scope user https://agent-os-mcp.alpha.studocu.com/mcp. Studocu also gives setup for Cursor and VS Code.

Signing in
Searching documents, courses and institutions and reading course outlines work without an account. Projects, quizzes, mock exams, reading documents and memory need your Studocu account: your agent asks you to sign in the first time you use them.

Good to know
It's built for studying: find materials other students have shared, turn them into a study project, and test yourself with quizzes and mock exams made from your sources. Your practice progress comes from Studocu's own practice tool, and the server only reads it.
