# Snitcher

> Ask your agent which companies visited your website, what they looked at and who works there, then tag, segment or sync them to your CRM.

Snitcher's own hosted MCP server. Snitcher identifies the companies behind your website traffic, and this server lets your agent work with that data in plain language: look up identified companies and their visits, build segments, see the people at a company, reveal verified emails, and push accounts to your CRM, Slack or Teams. It acts as you, with your own Snitcher permissions.

What you can do with it
- List the companies that visited your site, filtered by segment, date range or name
- See a company's profile, engagement, most popular pages, traffic sources and session-by-session activity
- Build and update segments, and list the companies that match them
- See contacts and matching buyer personas at a company, and reveal a contact's verified email (one credit each)
- Tag companies, add notes and set custom fields
- Push a company to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics or Attio, or share it to Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Check your identification usage and credit balance

How it connects
Snitcher hosts it at https://app.snitcher.com/mcp/snitcher, so there's nothing to install. Add the address to your agent and sign in with your Snitcher account (OAuth); there are no API keys to copy. You need an active Snitcher account with access to at least one workspace. Every tool works on a workspace, so start by asking it to list your workspaces. Snitcher's docs cover Claude (web, desktop and mobile) and ChatGPT, where custom connectors depend on your plan.

How identification works
Snitcher names companies, not people. It matches a visitor's IP address against known business networks, so it can tell you that someone from Acme Corp viewed your pricing page, but not who, until that person identifies themselves (for example through a form or a tracked email link). Snitcher says its IP identification processes company-level data, not personal data, on the basis of legitimate interest under GDPR. Identifying individual visitors is up to you: Snitcher advises getting consent, naming Snitcher in your privacy policy and using its waitForConsent setting with your cookie consent manager.

Good to know
- Write actions are confirmed before they run, and bulk changes say how many companies they affect.
- Revealing an email uses a credit, and your agent states the cost and your balance first.
- Custom field changes preview as a dry run before they apply.
- It can only see the workspaces and data your Snitcher account can.
