# SingChat

> Add SingChat's free live chat and AI support agent to your site, then answer visitors and train it from your agent.

SingChat's own MCP server for its live chat and AI customer support platform. Ask your agent to set it up and SingChat opens a free workspace with no sign-up form, hands back the chat widget's embed code for your website, and then lets you run support from the chat: read and answer conversations, train the AI agent on your docs and check how support is going.

What you can do with it
- Create a free SingChat workspace and get the widget's embed code for plain HTML, React or Next.js
- List conversations, read one in full, reply to a visitor live and mark it resolved
- Train the AI agent by crawling a website or adding question-and-answer pairs, then search what it knows
- Set the AI agent's greeting, instructions and model, and add keyword auto-replies
- List, add, edit and remove the FAQ items shown in the chat widget
- Read conversation, message and resolution stats for a chosen number of days

How it connects
SingChat hosts it at https://mcp.singchat.org. You can connect without a key: the first time you run setup, it opens a free workspace and gives you a short-lived, single-use link to claim it in your browser, where you choose your own email and password. After claiming, the page shows an MCP key once. Add it to your agent's config as an "Authorization: Bearer" header so the tools keep managing that workspace; the key never passes through the chat. If you already have a workspace, SingChat also offers an OAuth address, https://connect.singchat.org/mcp, that links it by signing in.

Good to know
- Without a key, its search and fetch tools answer from SingChat's own help articles; with a key they search your workspace's knowledge base. These two read-only tools also let you add it to ChatGPT as a connector.
- A reply sent from your agent takes the conversation over from the AI. Email, Telegram and WhatsApp conversations can't be answered this way.
- The claim link expires after 15 minutes, and your agent can ask for a fresh one.
- The widget runs on websites, with native SDKs for iOS, Android and Flutter. SingChat has a free plan and paid plans, and a self-hosted Community Edition under the AGPL.
