# Sales Success Skills

> Sales playbooks and scoring scripts for account executives, sales engineers, sales ops, solutions architects and customer success.

Sales Success Skills is a Claude plugin from borghei's Claude Skills library. It bundles five Agent Skills for the people who sell and keep customers: account executive, sales engineer, solutions architect, sales operations and customer success manager. Each skill gives your agent a workflow, frameworks and templates for its role, plus Python scripts that score and calculate from your own CSV or JSON exports, so the numbers come from a tool rather than the model. It's a community project, not tied to any CRM.

What its skills cover
- Account executive: MEDDIC discovery and a qualification scorecard, stage definitions, weekly pipeline hygiene, negotiation and objection handling, account plans, and scripts for pipeline coverage, win/loss and MEDDPICC or BANT deal scores
- Sales engineer: technical discovery, demo plans, proof-of-concept plans, RFP responses and battle cards, with scripts that plan demos, analyze RFP requirements and check technical fit
- Solutions architect: requirements analysis, solution architecture documents, security assessment checklists and POC scoping, with scripts for architecture scoring, sizing and migration assessment
- Sales operations: sales metrics, account scoring, territory design, quota setting, compensation plans, forecasting and CRM data quality, with territory, quota and forecast scripts
- Customer success manager: onboarding playbooks, health scoring, risk playbooks, expansion signals and QBR decks, with health score, QBR and churn risk scripts

How it installs
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add borghei/Claude-Skills, then /plugin install sales-success-skills@claude-code-skills. In Claude on desktop, open Customize, then Browse plugins, and enter borghei/Claude-Skills. For Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and more, npx @borghei/claude-skills add followed by a skill name installs one skill at a time.

Good to know
- Its scripts read local CSV or JSON files only; they don't connect to your CRM.
- Before it drafts anything, each skill asks for the few inputs that change the result, such as deal stage and size.
- It's licensed MIT with the Commons Clause, so you can't sell the software itself.
