# RocketList

> Lets your agent search current startup jobs and hiring companies on RocketList by role, city, funding stage and investor.

RocketList's own MCP server for its startup jobs data. RocketList collects open roles from startups' careers pages and applicant-tracking systems and refreshes them daily. This public, read-only server lets your agent search those jobs and the companies hiring, look up details and count hiring across the market.

What you can do with it
- Search active jobs by text, skills, industry, city, remote status, investor, funding stage and the years of experience a role asks for
- Get the public details for one job, including the direct link to the employer's application page
- Find companies with open roles by name, sector, investor or funding stage, and see a company's details and its recent jobs
- Count every matching job and see the top cities, companies, sectors, stages, work modes, categories and seniority levels, plus published pay with sample sizes

How it connects
RocketList hosts it at https://rocketlist.ai/mcp. There's no RocketList account or API token to set up. In Claude, add it as a custom connector; RocketList's docs give setup steps for ChatGPT and other agents too. Use the address exactly as shown, without a trailing slash.

Good to know
- It's read-only: it can't create, change or delete anything, and it returns no candidate or account data.
- Roles can close between daily refreshes, so the employer's application page has the final word.
- Some details are missing for many jobs. Salary is often not published, and the investor, stage and experience filters leave out jobs and companies that don't have that data.
- RocketList also publishes the same jobs and companies as a free daily download (Parquet, JSONL and CSV) and an Agent Skill, in its GitHub repository.
