# Replai

> Build, test and publish a Replai AI support agent for LINE and your website, then work its inbox from your agent.

Replai's own MCP server. Replai, by AIthentic LLC, is an AI customer support agent for software teams: it answers customers from your product docs on a LINE Official Account and a website chat widget, and hands the conversation to your team when it can't answer, when the customer asks for a person or when they're upset. The MCP server lets your agent do the whole setup and the daily support work: build the support agent, give it knowledge, test and publish it, and reply in the Inbox.

What you can do with it
- Create support agents and edit a draft's rules, tone and answer length
- Import knowledge from website pages, Google Drive files, GitHub repositories or plain text, and refresh it
- Save questions as tests, run them, and review the questions it couldn't answer
- Review a version before publishing it, pause it, or restore an earlier one into the draft
- Turn on the website chat widget and get its install code, and adjust how it behaves in LINE groups
- Read Inbox conversations, reply, approve or reject drafted replies, take over, hand back to the AI and resolve
- File Linear issues from conversations and track customer follow-ups
- Read the support agent's analytics, channel activity and usage

How it connects
Replai hosts it at https://api.replai.tw/mcp. Sign-in is OAuth: the first time your agent connects, your browser opens Replai, where you sign in with Google, choose the one Workspace your agent may use and approve its permissions. No API key is copied by hand, and your first Replai sign-in creates a Workspace. You can revoke access at any time under Workspace settings, MCP & CLI.

Good to know
- Every connected agent can read your support agents, knowledge, tests, conversations and Workspace details. It can also ask for permission to edit, publish, reply and change settings. Edits stay in the draft until you publish.
- A few steps stay in the browser by design: uploading a file from your computer, entering LINE channel credentials, and connecting Google Drive, GitHub or Linear. Replai gives your agent a link for you to open.
- Channels: a LINE Official Account (one-to-one and group chats) and a website chat widget. Messenger and Instagram are in early access, and WhatsApp isn't available.
- Answers follow the customer's language; someone writing in Chinese gets Traditional Chinese. The widget's buttons and labels come in English and Traditional Chinese.
- Replai charges per resolved conversation, with no monthly or seat fee. It also has a CLI for coding agents that work through the shell.
