# PM Marketing Growth

What its skills cover
- Marketing ideas: 5 low-cost campaign ideas, each with a channel, a core message, why it should land and what keeps it cheap
- Positioning: the top competitors' angles and the gaps they leave open, then positioning statements with the rationale, supporting messages and the advantage behind each one
- Value proposition statements: copy for marketing, sales and onboarding, one per segment, built from the value propositions you already have
- Product names: 5 name ideas with the rationale, brand fit, why each is memorable and what to check on domains and trademarks
- North Star metric: sort the business into the attention, transaction or productivity game, pick one customer-centric North Star checked against seven criteria, and add 3-5 input metrics that drive it

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add phuryn/pm-skills, then /plugin install pm-marketing-growth@pm-skills. In Claude Cowork, adding the phuryn/pm-skills marketplace from GitHub installs all of its plugins, this one included. Other agents can use the skill folders on their own; the slash commands are for Claude.
