# PM Execution

> Product management skills and commands for your agent: PRDs, OKRs, roadmaps, sprint plans, retros, pre-mortems, user stories and more.

A community plugin by Paweł Huryn, author of The Product Compass newsletter, from his PM Skills marketplace (phuryn/pm-skills). It's the execution part of that collection: 16 skills that teach your agent day-to-day product management, and 11 commands that run them as guided workflows.

What its skills cover
- PRDs: a lean, decision-ready 8-section PRD, with a fuller spec on request
- Planning: team OKRs aligned with company objectives, outcome-focused roadmaps, and sprint plans with capacity, dependencies and risks
- Risk: pre-mortems that sort risks into Tigers, Paper Tigers and Elephants, and red-teaming a PRD, roadmap or strategy, ranked by the cheapest test
- Backlog: user stories (the 3 C's and INVEST), job stories and Why-What-Acceptance items with acceptance criteria, plus test scenarios
- Team work: sprint retrospectives, release notes from tickets or changelogs, meeting summaries with action items, and stakeholder maps with a communication plan
- Reference: nine prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ICE, MoSCoW and Kano, and realistic dummy datasets for testing

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add phuryn/pm-skills, then /plugin install pm-execution@pm-skills. In Claude Cowork, adding the phuryn/pm-skills marketplace from GitHub installs all of its plugins, this one included. Codex CLI installs it from the same marketplace (the skills work there, the slash commands don't), and other agents can use the skill folders on their own.
