# Pendo Analytics

> Pendo's analytics skills: app and account health, feature adoption, feedback themes and session replay triage, from your Pendo data.

Pendo's own plugin for Claude Code. Its skills turn your Pendo data into reports and next steps: an app or account health check, a feature adoption analysis, feedback themes, a code fix for a bug seen in a session replay, or a product plan grounded in real usage. It's also in Anthropic's official plugin directory.

What its skills do
- App health: a shareable report on one app's engagement, acquisition, retention, stickiness, frustration signals and survey scores, with a verdict and next steps
- Account health: prepare for a customer call with one account's engagement, feature usage, feedback and NPS
- Feature adoption: adoption trends for one feature, its power users, and the accounts that haven't picked it up yet
- Feedback analysis: themes, insights and churn or frustration risks in your feedback, narrowed by topic, account or date range
- Replay triage: start from a session replay or a ticket that links one, read the console and network logs it captured, find the bug in your codebase and propose a fix
- Data-informed planning: gather signals, issues, feedback, PES, NPS, segments and replays from Pendo and Novus, then write a plan grounded in them

How it connects
The plugin sets up Pendo's MCP server and the Novus MCP server (Pendo's product-intelligence beta). After installing, run /mcp and sign in with your Pendo account; both servers use the same login. A Pendo subscription admin has to turn on the Pendo MCP server first, under Settings > Subscription settings > AI access. These skills only read from Pendo.

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add pendo-io/claude-pendo-plugin, then install pendo-analytics from the pendo-plugins marketplace. Run a skill by name, such as /pendo-analytics:app-health followed by the app name.

Good to know
- It needs a Pendo subscription, and NPS results need NPS in your subscription.
- The plugin points at Pendo's US data center (app.pendo.io). Subscriptions hosted in US1, the EU, Japan or Australia use their own regional address.
- Replay triage edits your code only after you approve, and leaves opening the pull request to you.
- Data-informed planning needs Novus, which is in open beta.
