# AI and No-Code Exits

> Startups for sale with price, MRR and a deal score, plus a no-code tool directory and founder exit stories, in your agent.

AI and No-Code Exits covers people who build small software businesses without writing code, and then sell them. Its MCP server gives your agent the site's Daily Picks (startups that are actually for sale, each with an asking price, MRR, multiple and a deal score out of 100), its no-code tool directory and its founder exit stories. The free tier needs no account and no key.

What you can do with it
- Pull today's Daily Picks, or the issue for a given date: each startup's asking price, MRR, multiple, deal score and the angle on it
- Search the no-code tool directory for what a tool is for, what it costs and how long it takes to learn
- Search founder exit stories: what was built, on which tools, and what it sold for
- Score a startup that's for sale the way the Daily Picks are scored, and get a plain walk or look-closer
- Check whether your own no-code business is ready to sell, and what's holding its multiple down
- Read the deal-score method and the outline of the Playbooks, from finding an idea to building something a buyer will pay for

How it connects
- A hosted server at https://nocodeexits.com/api/mcp
- The public tools need no sign-in and no key
- Members get a key (it starts with nce_) at nocodeexits.com/mcp, and either send it as an Authorization: Bearer header or add /k/ and the key to the end of the address
- The maker's setup page covers Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode), Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code

Good to know
- Prices and MRR come from the marketplace listing when each issue was published and aren't independently audited, so check them with the seller.
- Scoring a listing and the exit-readiness check run as the server's prompts.
- A member key unlocks the full Playbooks, eight playbook skills your agent can keep as SKILL.md files, every deal covered so far and offer drafting. It comes with a paid founding membership of the No-Code Exits newsletter, or an account the maker approves.
