# Nimble CRM

> Catch up on a relationship, find contacts and deals, log calls and notes, and create follow-up tasks in Nimble CRM from your agent.

Nimble's own hosted MCP server for Nimble CRM, currently in beta. Connect it to your agent and work with your contacts, relationship history, deals, tasks and calendar in plain language: get caught up before a meeting, find the people you haven't talked to lately, update records and capture follow-ups. It's included in every Nimble plan at no extra cost.

What you can do with it
- Summarize your relationship history with a contact from emails, calls, meetings, notes and tasks
- Find contacts by company, tags, custom fields, segments or past interactions, including people you haven't contacted recently
- Search deals by stage, owner or amount, create or update deals and move them through your pipeline
- Create and update contacts (Nimble checks for existing records first and shows possible matches), tag them and fill in custom fields
- Add notes, log calls, and create tasks and events
- Search and browse email connected to Nimble, and draft replies for you to send
- View your messaging sequences and Stay in Touch reminders
- Search the Nimble Help Center for how-to answers

How it connects
Nimble hosts it at https://app.nimble.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Add it as a remote MCP server and sign in to your Nimble account with OAuth. Nimble's setup guide covers Claude (Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector; it then works on web, desktop and mobile) and ChatGPT (turn on Developer mode, then add it under Plugins, Personal). To connect a second Nimble account, add https://app.nimble.com/mcp2 and sign in with that account. Nimble also publishes a Nimble CRM plugin for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex that adds workflow skills on top of this server.

Good to know
- It's in beta. Nimble asks you to review proposed changes before confirming them, especially updates and deletions, and your agent asks before it changes your data.
- It only sees what your Nimble account can view. Adding information to a field doesn't remove what's already there, and deleted contacts go to the trash, where they can be recovered.
- It can't send email, mark deals won or lost, or change sequences; you do those in Nimble. Events it creates go on your Nimble calendar only, with no invitations and no syncing to Google or Outlook.
- Nimble says it works on every Claude plan, including Free (which allows one custom connector), and on ChatGPT Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu.
