In Claude Code, it's in Anthropic's official plugin marketplace: run /plugin install netsuite-suitecloud@claude-plugins-official. Oracle also publishes the same skills in its SuiteCloud SDK repository for other coding agents, installed with npx skills add oracle/netsuite-suitecloud-sdk.
