# Jotform MCP

> Lets your agent create and edit Jotform forms, find forms, read and analyze responses, and send forms out, through your Jotform sign-in.

Jotform's own hosted MCP server connects your agent to your Jotform account. Describe a form and it builds it, ask for a change and it edits it, and ask about your responses and it reads them, sums them up and finds patterns.

What you can do with it
- Create a form from a plain description, such as a feedback form with a rating and a comment
- Change an existing form by asking
- Find your forms and apps, and read any form or response
- List a form's responses, with filters
- Summarize responses and find patterns across one or more forms
- Assign a form to someone by email

How it connects
Jotform hosts it at https://mcp.jotform.com, over Streamable HTTP. You sign in to Jotform in your browser and approve access once; it only uses OAuth, so there's no API key to paste. In ChatGPT and Claude you can also connect Jotform from the app directory or the connectors list. In Gemini CLI, install it with gemini extensions install https://github.com/jotform/mcp-server, then run /mcp auth jotform.

Good to know
It's free to use; your Jotform plan's limits still apply. Your agent sees only what your Jotform account can see, and you can revoke access any time under My Account, Connected Apps, Jotform MCP, Clients. On workspaces, an admin has to install Jotform first. Form previews and tables, Jotform Sign and Jotform Apps come from Jotform's separate MCP Apps servers and Claude plugins, not this server.
