# JobCrawls

> Search open jobs in Finland, read a listing in full and work out Finnish take-home pay, with no account needed.

JobCrawls' public MCP connector lets your agent search open jobs in Finland, plus remote roles open to people in Finland, read a listing in full and work out Finnish take-home pay, right in the conversation. It's read-only and needs no account.

What you can do with it
- Search open jobs by keyword and filters such as field, role, seniority, town or region, remote or on-site, skills, required languages and benefits, with a link to each posting
- Find jobs that don't require Finnish, or see which employers and regions are hiring most for a role
- Read one listing in full: description, requirements, benefits, salary, application deadline and the posting link
- See how a stated salary compares with the pay band for similar jobs
- Work out net pay from a gross salary, or the gross you need for a target take-home pay, with every tax and contribution and the employer's cost
- Search in English, Finnish or Swedish

How it connects
Add https://www.jobcrawls.com/api/connector to your agent as a remote MCP server, with no authentication. JobCrawls documents setup for ChatGPT, Claude and other agents that support MCP. In Claude and ChatGPT, results can also show interactive cards for jobs and net pay. It also serves skills that teach agents Finnish job-search conventions, including CVs and cover letters.

Where the jobs come from
Listings come from JobCrawls' own crawler, JobCrawlsBot, which reads public job pages on employers' career sites, and from Job Market Finland (Työmarkkinatori), whose listings carry the attribution its terms require. By JobCrawls' own account, the crawler obeys robots.txt rules that name JobCrawlsBot, but not a wildcard block aimed at all crawlers.

Good to know
- The public connector allows 60 tool calls an hour per address, in bursts of up to 10.
- Some salaries are JobCrawls' market-based estimates rather than the employer's figure, and are labelled as estimates.
- Net pay is an estimate from the current year's official Finnish tax parameters, not tax advice.
- Individual listings aren't licensed for redistribution; aggregate figures can be reused with a link to JobCrawls.
- JobCrawls also offers a separate account connector, with a personal key, for saving jobs, tracking applications, alerts and tailored CVs.
