# iGPT CS

> Your agent reads customer email through iGPT to flag churn signals, escalations, renewals at risk, stalled onboarding and quotable wins.

iGPT CS is iGPT's customer success plugin. It connects your agent to iGPT's hosted MCP server, which reads the email account you connect to iGPT, and adds five skills and an agent that turn your customer threads into structured answers: which accounts are at risk, what's escalating, who's ready to renew, where onboarding has stalled, and which customers have said something worth quoting. It's made for customer success managers, account managers and CS leaders.

What you can do with it
- Spot churn signals across your accounts: dissatisfaction, unresolved complaints, competitor mentions, cancellation questions and falling engagement, each with the evidence, a risk level and a suggested next step
- Track escalations: explicit escalation requests, SLA breach mentions, executive involvement and complaints that have grown more serious, with how long each has been open
- Check renewal readiness: sentiment, engagement, open issues and whether renewal has come up, sorted into likely to renew and at risk
- Find onboarding gaps: unanswered setup questions, blocked integrations and stalled new customers, plus patterns that repeat across customers
- Mine success stories: praise, reported results and quotes that could become testimonials or case studies
- Ask a broad question, such as what needs your attention this week, and the plugin's agent runs several skills and returns one prioritised list
- After each answer, it offers to draft the follow-up: a rescue email, a customer update, renewal outreach, a check-in or a testimonial request

How it connects
- The plugin registers iGPT's MCP server (https://mcp.igpt.ai/), which has two tools: search and ask.
- The first time you use it, you sign in to iGPT in your browser and connect an email account, such as Gmail or Outlook, with read-only permission.
- iGPT processes your email on its side and returns structured findings with evidence. The plugin never asks for an API key or password.
- Each skill asks how far back to look (its defaults run from the last 60 days to the last 12 months) and can focus on one account.

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add igptai/skills, then /plugin install igpt-cs@igpt-skills. In Cowork, add the igptai/skills marketplace and install igpt-cs. In Claude Desktop, you can add https://mcp.igpt.ai/ as a connector instead.

Good to know
- It only reads email. The skills analyse and draft, and never send anything on your behalf.
- It needs an iGPT account; iGPT says a free account works, and its plans set the usage limits.
- The same marketplace has iGPT plugins for other roles, such as sales, finance and projects.
