# HubSpot Sales

> HubSpot's own sales plugin: prep calls, get a daily brief, draft follow-ups, log calls and review your pipeline, written back to HubSpot.

HubSpot's own plugin for running your sales day from your agent. Its skills work through HubSpot's MCP server to import contacts and deals, give you a prioritised morning brief, prep you for any call with full CRM context, draft follow-ups grounded in deal history, log calls from your description of what happened, and review your pipeline for stalling deals. Everything writes back to HubSpot.

What you can do with it
- Import contacts from a CSV file, a pasted list or a connected Gmail account, with field mapping, duplicate checks and company association
- Get a daily brief of today's meetings, overdue tasks, cold contacts and stalling deals, with suggested tasks rather than tasks created for you
- Prep for a call or meeting with the contact's deals, notes, tasks, email threads and company news
- Draft a personalised follow-up email, then open it in HubSpot to review and send with tracking
- Log a call: it writes a note, updates the deal stage, next step and close date, and creates a follow-up task
- Look up any contact's deal status, lifecycle stage and last interaction
- Get a pipeline snapshot that flags deals with no next step and stalled deals, with follow-up tasks you can add by replying
- Set up a new or empty HubSpot portal with guided onboarding

Its skills
hubspot (the entry point, which routes each request), onboarding, daily-brief, call-prep, follow-up, log-call, contact-lookup, import-contacts and pipeline-pulse. Two helper agents, account-research and brief-fetcher, gather CRM data for them in parallel.

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /install-plugin https://github.com/HubSpot/hubspot-mcp-plugins and choose HubSpot Sales. In the Claude desktop app, open Settings > Plugins, click Add > Add marketplace, paste https://github.com/HubSpot/hubspot-mcp-plugins and select the plugin.

How it connects
It bundles HubSpot's hosted MCP server. You connect your HubSpot account the first time it's used: pick the account and grant permissions. Everything it does follows your HubSpot user permissions, and an account admin has to connect first before other users can.

Good to know
- HubSpot's MCP server shows a summary of proposed changes and asks you to confirm before it creates or updates records.
- Gmail, calendar and Slack are optional: the skills use them when they're connected and work without them.
- If your HubSpot account has Sensitive Data turned on, activities and conversations can't be reached through the MCP server.
