# Get on Board

> Lets a recruiter's agent search Get on Board's database of Latin American tech professionals and shortlist matches for open roles.

Get on Board's own MCP server, for recruiters. Get on Board is a tech and startup jobs community for Latin America and remote work, and its Talent Database holds tech professionals across Latin America who signed up to be found. This server lets your agent search that database from a plain-language brief, read candidates in depth and build a shortlist, without leaving the chat.

What you can do with it
- Search tech candidates across Latin America by role, tech stack, seniority, country, English level, salary range, industry background or anything else you describe
- Read one candidate in depth: profile description, professional and academic background, skills, tags and quiz traits
- Point your agent at one of your open jobs on Get on Board, so it reads the description and application questionnaire and uses them as the brief
- Refine a search, compare profiles and build a shortlist, then open the top matches in Get on Board
- Check which Get on Board account and company you're connected as

How it connects
Get on Board hosts it at https://www.getonbrd.com/mcp. Add that address in your agent and authorize with OAuth: you sign in with your Get on Board recruiter account, choose the company it works for and approve its access. Get on Board has setup guides for Claude Code, ChatGPT (as a custom app in Developer Mode), Codex and Cursor, and other agents that support remote MCP servers with OAuth work too.

Good to know
- It needs a Get on Board recruiter account with access to an accepted company, and it only sees that company's jobs.
- Candidate search and profile reads appear only if you approve "Search professionals in Talent Database" when you sign in.
- Reading a full profile needs an active Get on Board subscription, and profile reads are capped at 30 an hour.
- It never returns contact details, CVs, WhatsApp numbers or social links; you unlock those in Get on Board itself. Candidate names come back only for profiles your company already unlocked or people who applied to your jobs.
- A sign-in lasts 2 hours with no automatic refresh, so expect to authorize again in long sessions.
