# Finder Jobs

> Lets your agent search live job vacancies and salary stats on Finder's sites in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, France and more.

Finder's own MCP server for its job sites: finder.work in Russia, and its country sites for Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden and Indonesia. Your agent can search live vacancies, open one vacancy's details and look up salary statistics. Every result links to the vacancy page on Finder, where you read the full listing and apply.

What you can do with it
- Search the newest vacancies by country, job title or keywords (in any language) and city
- Get one vacancy's details: title, employer, city, salary, a description and the link to apply
- See salary statistics for a profession: the 25th, 50th and 75th percentiles and the sample size, with a link to Finder's salary page
- List the countries Finder covers and their sites

How it connects
Finder hosts it at https://mcp.finder.work/mcp. It's public and read-only, with no account, sign-in or API key. In Claude, add it as a custom connector with that address; other agents take the same address in their MCP settings.

Good to know
- Every tool only reads. It can't apply for a job or change anything.
- City names work best as written locally (Минск, Алматы, Berlin), and professions for salary statistics in the local language.
- It allows 60 requests a minute from each IP address, and results can be up to 10 minutes old.
- Links carry utm_source=mcp so Finder can count visits from AI assistants. Finder keeps standard server logs for up to 30 days.
