# Educaplay

> Lets your agent create, edit and publish Educaplay learning games, from quizzes and crosswords to map quizzes, in your own account.

Educaplay's own MCP server. Educaplay is a platform for making interactive educational games, and this server lets your agent build them in your account: choose a game type, write the content, add pictures and audio, and publish it for your learners.

What you can do with it
- Create a new activity from Educaplay's game types, such as quizzes, crosswords, word searches, matching, fill in the blanks and map quizzes
- Write or rewrite an activity's content, title, audience and settings, and tag it with labels
- Illustrate items with pictures from your own media or Educaplay's image library, and generate audio for text
- Attach a video to an activity
- See what's stopping an activity from being published, then publish or unpublish it and set its privacy
- List your activities and read what's in them

How it connects
Educaplay hosts it at https://api.educaplay.com/v1/agent/mcp/. In connectors that sign you in themselves, such as Claude's or ChatGPT's connector settings, you add only that address and sign in to Educaplay with OAuth. Where your agent takes a header instead, generate an application token in your Educaplay profile settings and send it as "Authorization: Bearer <token>". Tokens don't expire; you can see and revoke them on the application tokens screen of your profile.

Good to know
- Tools that write or publish act straight away, so your agent should check with you first.
- Calls count against your plan's API rate limit. Generating audio uses your plan's text-to-speech quota, describing an image uses the AI budget you share with Educaplay's own assistant, and publishing follows your plan's limits.
- It works on your activities. Players' results and reports aren't among its tools.
