# Customer Sales Automation

> Two subagents for sales and support: cold email sequences, follow-ups, proposals and sales scripts, plus support workflows and help content.

A community plugin by Seth Hobson, from his wshobson/agents collection for coding agents. It adds two subagents: a sales automator that drafts outreach and sales material, and a customer support specialist that plans support workflows, help content and escalation paths.

What it adds
- sales-automator: drafts cold email sequences of three to five touches, with personalisation variables, subject lines to A/B test, a follow-up schedule, objection-handling scripts and the metrics to track. It also writes proposal and quote templates, case studies, pricing pages and sales scripts.
- customer-support: designs support workflows such as chatbot flows, ticket routing and SLA escalation, plus onboarding sequences with check-ins, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles and ways to measure customer satisfaction (CSAT and NPS).

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents, then /plugin install customer-sales-automation@claude-code-workflows. The collection also documents setup for Codex CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot and Pi.

Good to know
- It's instructions for your agent, with no server, account or API key. It doesn't connect to a CRM, help desk or email tool: it writes the emails, scripts, templates and plans, and you send them or set them up yourself.
