# COROS MCP

> Lets your agent read your COROS activities, sleep, HRV and recovery, and build training plans and workouts on your COROS calendar.

COROS's own MCP server. COROS makes GPS sports watches and training tools, and its MCP server lets your agent read the activity and health data synced to your COROS account, review your training, and create or adjust training plans and workouts, all from the chat. COROS says it wants athletes to own their data and choose how they use it.

What you can do with it
- Find activities by date, sport, distance, duration, pace or place, and open their details, laps and custom segments
- Get activities' FIT files, or download links for them
- Review sleep, HRV, heart rate, resting heart rate, stress, daily health data, health checks, menstrual cycles and current recovery
- See fitness assessments, race predictions and training load
- Look through your training calendar, training plan library and workout library
- Create and update road running, trail running and cycling training plans (4 to 16 weeks) and single workouts, and schedule them on your training calendar from today up to 14 days ahead
- Check your profile and linked devices

How it connects
COROS hosts it, and it's listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory and Claude's connector directory, so you can add it there without typing an address. Elsewhere, add it as a custom MCP server. The first time, you sign in to your COROS account and authorize access. COROS's general address, https://mcp.coros.com/mcp, sends you to your account's region. If your agent won't accept it, use your region's own address: https://mcpus.coros.com/mcp for the United States and other regions (the one the install steps here use), https://mcpeu.coros.com/mcp for Europe, or https://mcpcn.coros.com/mcp for mainland China. COROS also offers a sign-in skill for agents that use skills (the coros-mcp npm package).

Good to know
- COROS MCP is free. Your agent's platform may limit connectors or tool calls on some plans.
- Your agent sees your data only after you authorize it, and anything you ask it to save or change is written to your COROS account. Plans and workouts can be edited from the chat, but deleting them happens in the COROS app.
- Data has to sync from your device to the COROS app before your agent can read it. FIT files and their download links share a limit of 50 files per 24 hours.
- COROS's terms say the information in its service is for informational purposes only, isn't medical advice, and is no substitute for the judgment of a healthcare professional.
